If I have a client I am wanting to really impress, Chophouse is the lunchspot of choice! It's also a wonderful place to impress a date for dinner. The food is good but the service is poor. For the price, the service should be much better.

I will give them a 2 because of very poor customer service and friendliness. We had to stop random water boys to ask for more bread, to order an appetizer. We were seated right away but from there it went down hill. Our waitress was not only non observant but unfriendly. The crab cake appetizer was bland and not hot, the filet was great, the only good part of this experience.
To top it all off, there were waiters everywhere just standing around and not once did they ask if we needed anything, the only people that made eye cintact was the water boys! For what we paid the service was unacceptable! Will not go back!
