Parking in downtown Ft. Worth is very easy and often it's free! In Sundance Square we have great options for validated weekly parking if you just want to visit for lunch or to shop. On the weekend and in the evenings, parking is always free in Sundance Square garages and parking lots.

Monthly Parking Options

Sundance Square Parking Services offer a variety of monthly or contract parking agreements. Parking is now available in the 3rd St. Garage, next to Chase Bank building. There are also parking options throughout downtown on select surface lots. If you are looking for one parking space or parking for your whole staff we can work with you. Validated Parking

A customer parking validation program is available on several lots and garages. Simply have your your parking ticket validated at any restaurant or retailer. See our list of stores and restaurants for merchants you will want to patronize to receive the free parking. The validation is good for two hours of shopping and dining or four hours when seeing a movie during the weekdays. When you enter after 5 PM and all day on Saturday and Sunday the parking is free to all customers.
