Parking in downtown Ft. Worth is very easy and often it's free! In Sundance Square we have great options for validated weekly parking if you just want to visit for lunch or to shop. On the weekend and in the evenings, parking is always free in Sundance Square garages and parking lots.

Monthly Parking Options:
Sundance Square Parking Services offer a variety of monthly or contract parking agreements. Limited monthly parking is available on The Cassidy lot at Third and Throckmorton. There are also parking options throughout downtown on select surface lots. Whether you are looking for one parking space or parking for your entire staff we can work with you. Validated Parking:
A customer parking validation program is available on several lots and garages. Simply have your parking ticket validated at any restaurant or retailer. See our list of stores and restaurants for merchants you will want to patronize to receive the free parking. The validation is good for 2.5 hours of shopping and dining or 4 hours when seeing a movie during the weekdays. Parking is free for all customers when you enter the garage after 5pm and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
