The Cupcakery Opens in Sundance Square
FORT WORTH, Texas (October 18, 2011) – Just in time for the holidays, The Cupcakery in Sundance Square has opened. Featuring award-winning cupcake recipes from their Jacksboro Texas roots, The Cupcakery has opened its fourth Texas location across from Bass Hall. The Cupcakery features gourmet varieties of cupcakes, cake bites, and other treats made in-house daily.
“We use real, fresh, USA grown ingredients for a genuinely sweet cupcake experience,” said James Nelson, Operations Manager. “We change our menu frequently with a rotation of scrumptious flavors and creative designs. The “sweet dreams” dessert lounge will offer chocolate milk and cupcakes or visitors can enjoy bubbly champagne and cake bites. We also specialize in creations for corporations and private parties.”
Sundance Square has opened several new stores this year including Yumilicious, Paciugo Gelato and Caffé, Frankie’s Sports Bar, and Saviano’s. Oliver’s Fine Foods will open soon, bringing the first neighborhood market to downtown Fort Worth.
About Sundance Square
Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, historic Sundance Square is a 35-block commercial, residential, entertainment and retail district where people work, live, shop and dine. Sundance Square’s beautiful landscaping, red-brick streets and turn-of-the-century buildings make it a pedestrian’s delight. Named after the famed Sundance Kid, who used the Fort Worth area as a hideout, Sundance Square has been hailed as a monumental achievement in urban redevelopment.
Sundance Square is comprised of restaurants, three live theatres, an AMC movie theatre, Bass Performance Hall, two museums, three art galleries, numerous retail shops and boutiques, as well as two upscale residential complexes, and some of Fort Worth's prime office space.
